Third party payrol, No work life balance, Strict 6 days working, cant avail paid leaves as manager wont approve it due to heavy work load. internal politics and favouritism, no growth opportunity, promotion will be acting roles with no formal paperwork, appraisal will be joke less then 5 years even for top performers, by saying company made a loss, HR like H*tvi Kot*k are one of the worst employee in this company, no help no knowledge is her only skills and everyone in the company is aware of it. Company provide unsupportive and challenging environment making it difficult place to build sustainable career.

I requested backend credentials to understand the full story, but my team lead denied the request. This forced me to contact the backend team directly, causing delays. The manager asked me to build a framework in just one month, which was an unrealistic expectation under tough conditions. It was a highly challenging task given the limited time frame After completing my work, I was never given the promised certificate. Multiple follow-ups with HR and the manager led to no response or resolution after five months
