My team lead took credit for my work without acknowledging my contribution. When I tried to close the story without informing her, she complained to the manager. I requested backend credentials to understand the full story, but my team lead denied the request. This forced me to contact the backend team directly, causing delays. The manager asked me to build a framework in just one month, which was an unrealistic expectation under tough conditions. It was a highly challenging task given the limited time frame After completing my work, I was never given the promised certificate. Multiple follow-ups with HR and the manager led to no response or resolution after five months

Too many changes in strategy. Changed WFH policy thrice in last one year. No proper management structure. They'll just keep adding people above instead of promoting the ones already in system. No transparency or discussions for appraisals.
