The management, The owner, The CEO never once came to meet the employees. The management will steal your ideas, use them, and not give you the due credit. The manager was a person who was once in jail due to harassment of his employee, and I can say he hasn't learned his lesson even after being in jail once before and they are frauds, said by customers who were cheated by them, on a daily basis there were at least 4 abusive mails saying the same thing.

The hr, office space was awesome, work-life balance is maintained.

Dislikes

Apart from the workspace, nothing was good at all, the CEO never came to interact, the cofounder responsible for the management is a very difficult person who doesn't know how to handle setbacks, unprofessionalism at its peak, they don't know how to manage a team and want their product which was established just 2 months back to be sold instantly directly competing with various other industry giants!!!
