The chief people officer is a chief personal branding officer here. Too busy in his own branding on platforms like LinkedIn etc to even hear the voice of his employees. There is no accountability of poor performance on the leadership team. Middle and junior folks bear the brunt of failures. People like parikshit markandey, who don't have an iota of understanding of the word 'ONLINE' are part of the leadership team. A peon should communicate better than him anyday and this guy leads a team, just because he is great at politics.

The leadership team. Totally clueless.

The management is great, and everyone works toward the vision, the ideas are respected, lot’s of investments on technology.

Dislikes

The only thing I don’t like much is the recruitment process so easy, there have been cases where right candidates were not recruited.

TPL is a performance driven organization and lot of sharp minds that you get to work with. Company has been there with the employees in every situation.

Dislikes

They need to add in more hands rather than expecting 1 person to do all the job.
