It is a horrible place to work.The director sucks money from the parents and pays 20 k to 25 k to the teachers.He has recruited a principal who always plays dirty tricks with the teachers.In tilak there no one stays for long as they treat teachers as a slave.Think twice before joining such institutions where they cut salary for diwali and Christmas vacation of teachers whom they hire for 1 year and they don't mention this in their contract.The coordinator is also very arrogant lady and it's very difficult to survive on a the salary comparable to a full time maid.

...rs that's why there is so pressure that she/he can't even dare to take leave. 4.They do not mention about your salary deduction in the appointment letter and deduct your salary for Christmas,diwali and summer vacation. 5.The teachers are never happy as they suck them and make their personal life a hell.The teacher has to do each and every work and every month teachers are kept changing.
