Nothing good for freshers that's it one can learn to work under pressure with minimal salary. Less man power with so much work load

Work culture is good but no increment since i have join this company. All aspects r good but in market respects salary increment is nothing. Need some good packages for employee.

from management, H.R side no response, no career growth, salary given 20 days late, travelling better, have politics, nothing learning, apprisal also not good give only 500 to 1000

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes,i hav to work 12-14 hours straight in a day,sometimes late into the night.
