...loyees at the lowest side if it comes to any of the situation or fortune things. Big example:- every year, from my past 2 years of experience, there is salary delay of 1.5 to 2 months. They never takes their employees on top priority in such cases.

Nothing good for freshers that's it one can learn to work under pressure with minimal salary. Less man power with so much work load

Poor work culture, very poor management, little to very less job security.

Dislikes

...y low empathy towards the employees especially during this pandemic situation. Almost 30% pay cut since the the mont of March and no deadline still for the same.
