I have been working with TIKIDAN with the first team selected. Being in a newly formed company itself had a lot of challenges. But the management had done a lot of handholding and given many opportunities during my work tenure. We had a very helpful team who used to work collaboratively for all small and big projects. For every small and big occasion we used to have in-house celebration. Very dynamic and enjoyable work atmosphere.

Lack of marketing materials. very less people to manage so many stuffs
