I am so thanks to my MD sir during the lockdown all the companies are giving half salaries and no salaries even in IT companies.But Our MD sir paid the full salaries to employees.

Here everyone do the 5 day , actual working is one day. Passing time . Everyone manipulating the management as well as costomer. Okra seed has good record only.

Every product has much germination and fruiting complained. One way communication , Sinior not want to listen or analyse the market news. Blind management there. Dumping policy follows. Cotton lisence suspended. Vegitable AGM is whimsical person , has no attitudes to talk.

TIERRA is good company, company further plan's are exlent, job security and management culture is good but company needs well structure paln in ground level it's good for company brand name. Overall company needs one brake through brand name in market.
