...ity. Right now all the three major features mentioned above are deteriorating. Salary and other benefits never been salient feature of Tide Water but work satisfaction was always there

Never been a very highly ambitious company in terms of skill development, R&D focus, personal Growth.

I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 7- 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend the client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Huge product range and strong brand image. Company had golden era under old management. New management ruined it all.

Dislikes

Currently, no job security, no appraisal, no growth, lot of politics, no work life balance, toxic management

Likes

You can learn very limited skills, no guidance or no mentors given for your development. Job Security is high but no more new things to learn after a while.

Dislikes

Promotion way is very slower. No self growing after certain years of job.

My company is helping in this pandemic situation where world is facing. Other company is doing cutoff of salaries and all but my company is giving full salaries and also other allowances. So thanks a lot to the management team.
