It's a well knit well run small organization doing very good research on faecal sludge treatment and management. The area in scientific disposal of faecal sludge in economic way is in nascent stage and the Organization is doing a pioneer work in that area. Though, i had a brief stint there, I was put into mainstream straightaway by the all-knowing and efficient MD , Mr Sampath Kumar. They has a good work culture, efficiently managed company and a good policy for the security of the employees. Hope I had measured up to their expectations as a Consultant Civil Engineer. I wish them all the best in their endeavours.

Dislikes

Good camaraderie all round and I had a well balanced team, though skill improvement was required. Some innovative ideas discussed and deliberated. Decision making was a bit tardy sometimes, in cases which required urgent attention. Otherwise a great organization to work under able guidance of MD, Mr Sampath Kumar.

Likes

The company offers a great learning and gives good exposure to employees working in the space of waste management and renewable energy.

Dislikes

The company does not mind losing key resources which results in high attrition. The company expects employees to join, learn, grow and exit. Not a long term career provider. The company should become professional in handling people with diverse backgrounds.
