... retire. Work-Life balance is good. But, for freshers, it is not recommended. Compensation is good when you join.

Dislikes

Not recommended for freshers. But, you are forced to continue in the company due to its 3 month notice period and slow growth. Work satisfaction is very low as your project can be kept on hold(or canceled) at any time.

Likes

Work life balance, Free Cab facility, Enough Leaves for a year, Good bonus every year, Health insurance is really good.

Dislikes

1) You won’t get yearly bonus if you are serving notice period. 2) No on-site opportunities.

TIAA gave me flexibility in working and believes in work rather than micromanagement

Dislikes

The only thing I was disappointed was that when I left TIAA, I expected my bonus being given at the time of full and final settlement as I had worked from January to December, but then I was communicated that it will not be given as I wasn’t on payroll in Feb. This was disappointing as the bonus was for the year from jan to dec which I had served.

Team mates and my manager are really nice and very flexible, taking a day off has never been so easy in my past company. My manager always keeps on a track of what I am doing but never does the micro management and always encourages us to learn new things.

Dislikes

Salary structure can be improved and should be made as per market as well as resource's experience standard.

Likes

Good pay. Great leave policies and employee friendly management. Free home pick up and drop. Timely appraisals which is very important nowadays.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. In few projects there is too much work load.
