Not getting salary on time, there is no PF, ESI, Gratuity no labor laws. They are not making payments of their clients as well as the employees not due to covid. covid is only excuses nothing else people who work for the company with lots of hardwork they will get nothing in return only disappointments nothing else.

Here You tourchered by the senior and junior ussing with whatever thoughts and word, here's manager and team leader Pressured you for work and working training not given and no discussion about the work, and here they can anything do with you, ab thoda sa hindi main bolta hu, yaha tumhe workplace harassment milega, bullying kiya jayga, mentally torcher hoge jaise main pehle bata raha tha. And wagera wagera.... Carrier Kharab For Sometimes. No Company Policies, No management, you scared from here employees.

The senior talks 3rd class language with you (All employees and Company Bose). No cafeteria, no office colleagues, working environment and developing sector is NULL, here no growth.

Mr Anuj Tandon perhaps seems pretending to be very serious entrepreneur who don't have time to talk. This so called 'entrepreneur ' are actually never been honest with his work, his employees and honestly never respected their work. Thats the reason These people never grow. Either implicit or explicitly. Rarely one can see positive feedback for Tia Consulting or Tag Robotech. its better to do small work but have quality in it. Else hollow dreams and illogical commitment to customer and employees will have even bigger impact on your journey which makes you feel zero always. #STOP_False_commitments

Work culture is quite flexible. You get to work your way an take decisions. You get to work with really good clients. Job is secure and you get appreciated provided you add value and be productive.
