The company has 124 years of heritage and Montra is its new venture. Being a new company hurdles are there but as team we are over coming it, having sold above 5k vehicles in India in a span of just 1 year is not a small achievement.

Dislikes

Travel policy is one of the company's major issue. A lot is expected from one person where you will find no much help, which sometimes make you self depend but after a lots of frustration and learnings from your mistakes.

As it is greenfield project, we get to learn new things across various departments due to regular interactions

Dislikes

Favoritism towards ex company employees who has joined TICM. Not aligned towards the company’s vision. Department focus on short term corrections instead of long term solutions.

Likes

Companies food and the culture is very good. Infrastructure is very excellent.

Dislikes

The organisation's culture and traditions are excellent, but the skill and training is zero. Initially when I joined company 2022 companies provide all training later they incomplete the training process and focused on contract basis worker who don't know anything about the production process or how to work it is not theirs mistake it had happened due to lack of training.

Working at TICM (Tubes India Clean Mobility) over the past few months has been an enriching and rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, with both staff and supervisors being expectionally approachable and helpful, particularly within the MONTRA team. Thier guidance and develop professionally. The culture of teamwork and continous learning here is something i truly appreciate, and it has been instrumental in my growth and success within the organization.

Dislikes

While I have had a positive experience at TICM, there are few areas where improvement could be beneficial. The limited space in the company environment, particularly during vechiles dispatch, presents safety concerns that could potentially lead to accidents. Additionally, the absence of a dedicated test track for conducting through vechile checks post-assembly is a limitation that could impact quality assurance. Lastly, the quality of the food provided on-site could be behanced to better the needs of the staff. Addressing these aspects would contribute to a safer and more efficient working environment.

Internal management & worst politics Some of the Internal VPs, Managers play big politics & will give false commitments to more employees Unqualified Managers were given opportunities on positions, hence spoil employees reputation & as well industry growth.
