The worst I ever worked with.The leadership is biased , short tempered, impatience and pathetic. I know I am writing this in section where I suppose to write what I liked in that company. I got some good friends and that's the only likable stuff I had in that company.There was no distribution of autonomy to work. The leaders pretended that that they know everything until they realise that they are wrong.

Dislikes

...e company where people didn't know if they will get back to home in the evening. Once you came to work you must sacrifice all your wealth( yes u read it right, they ask you to pay for travel, food on site) health, focus, confidence. I would never recommend this to anyone. Not even to my enemy. They have ruined life of their employees and will pay price for it.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. They give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slown the job training is not given to new joinees

- you would get to work on international projects - Respect for the knowledge you possess - Opportunities to gain knowledge on complete project life cycle in terms of cost and technology

Dislikes

- Very aggresive management which just demands for work - Person who works closer to the MD gets better attention . Many of the hard working employees are never identified and recognised - no allwances for additional working hours and no comp off for working on Saturday - the management lacks empathy. They just demand work, nothing else matters.

Even after 7+ yrs no job security.. Reduce 70% manpower in name of corona pandemic..& hired new in couple of month... work culture is more toxic.. you are only slave for them.. corrupt Management in India.. always kept eye on how to stolen hard work money in name of performance incentives.. Their are hidden things in every policy..
