... care for any kind of indeed. Even if you complain no one is there to listen. Salary distribution is not proper, e.g. if you have salary of 6 LPA and your new junior will get 7 LPA. Irrespective of experience and qualities, also relation are matter.

Thyssenkrupp playing a best role for all employees in this COVID-19 pandemic. No any person loss his job and no salary deduction by employers. Proper health monitoring of all employees and workers. Strict quarantine procedures followed if anybody have travel history. All essential provided by our company in this pandemic.

In this pandemic all industries suffering from bad phase and if company provide full salary at that time, how can i say anything against company. No any dislike point.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

There is a lot of planning issues with management. Salary is good but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.

Facilities available but not upto mark. Facilities not made available to employees.

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market. Not having trust if requested for WFH. Not giving good feedback if researched or enquired from outside agency.
