No conveyance charges to the field team, (Petrol, Mobile etc) Salaries are very low. 100% commercial and NO Customer focus except telling stories whenever customer is in need. Non qualified Technical Staff. HR is worst in South Region. I cant comment other reasons. No proper seating to the employees in the Branch Offices.
