I have very useful training sessions and it is also helpful for career growth.there are too many things for learn like installation, IT, accounts and many more.

I don't like it's salary and appraisal.salary of this organization is too low from approach to the experience and work.

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. I like the fact that i am a part of a Company that market reliable, high quality product and has global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back mu suggestions most of the time.
