Nothing to like as such in current Management after Dr AVM sold the company to few shrewd businessmen.

...ust and leaving on time is seen as slacking, No one takes feedback of employees. There are people working over here with 20 Years exp and less than 5lpa compensation, Hire n Fire policy. Cutting salary of employees through flexible CTC structure and wasting the money on useless corporate parties for the top cream management employees. 6 days working on paper, but 90 % staffs work 7 days with compulsory OT, for which they don't get paid OT allowances. Worst place to work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary not good and career growth is slow. And Which technicians doing collections marking lots of debits from our company it is not acceptable. Most of company's rules and regulations are not good please take all staff and technician feedback for the management rules and regulations.

i had back pain issues thats why I was take one month leave because I was unable to walk. Same thing I was inform to company by E-mail with documents proof after a month when I recovered came back in company then they told we allow only 15 days leave in any cases and you will have to rejoin the company. Then I left the job They not give my experience letter also If you have money issue then go for temporary basis not permanent

There is no salary issue, Nice culture and job is safe while working with Throcare

If any staff is experienced and they achieve the next level then they need to update the documentary, which does not happen accordingly.

The company appoints fresher and help them start their professional career.

Dislikes

Very less in hand pay. No Saturday offs. Work pressure is high. No professionalism. Managers and GMs has no say. Very dynamic in decision making.
