Multicultural environment. Restaurant and food court in Hospital campus.

Thumbay Group has been defaulting on salary payment since 2018. And now the salaries are either paid once 2-3 mo tha leading to accumulating unpaid salaries for upto 8-9 months. Over this, those employees who want to resign, are intimidated by signaling them that they may lose entire pending salaries or gratuity benefits.

Teammates are very cooperative ,training session is also available there .Salary is good for freshers only.Working environment is overall good .

Dislikes

Salary is not given on monthly basis most of the time .They can give you within 2 to 3months .And for experienced employees ;salary is very less . Career growth is horrible there .

President is great but other persons are not good.

Dislikes

Not a professional place. Some persons control the whole group. They give ill advise to President. These persons frame lies about others and destroy the work environment.

Nothing...No job security and very bad work culture. No performance appraisal and salary increment would be given based on tenure. No work-life balance, Most of the managers or directors were cleaners and you can expect the standard.

To start up career with company, it's considerable, but won't suggest for those experienced professionals, especially who worked in corporate culture in past.
