The same principle is followed in dealing with the Training and placement of candidates who are admitted. The management is very flexible with the employees regarding their work life balance.

Being a Vocational Training Institute there is nothing as such which I dislike but going through the same Training modules sometimes makes things easier and dull at the same time.

Thrive training institute is a professional company and takes good care of its employees. Induction after selection is really nice and tries to clarify all doubts about the future of employees. Its training is at par with any pharma company and hence almost every body gets placement as far as students are concerned
