... off is a pain. You have to work 9 hours a day and punch in with a face scanner. If you’re even a bit late, they dock your pay. Holidays? Forget about them—you’ll be working. The leadership here is like a tight-knit group that only looks out for itself. They’re all about making sales, to the point where it’s almost unbearable. You’ll have to go out of your way to support bad processes and practices just to keep up. The tech lead doesn’t know how to manage people. He’s only been in charge for a couple of years and is more interested in his own needs than yours. If you’re a developer, expect to burn out quickly. If you’re on the product team, you’ll just get random tasks that don’t fit your role. They can fire you anytime they want, and notice periods are a joke—unless you still have stuff to finish. The work culture is rough; they expect you to work even when you’re sick. Just stay away if you’re looking for a decent job.
