No training in any field of working expertise, Career Growth is too slow, appraisal and salary are below average as per industry standards, Important most thing is SALARY DO NOT HAPPEN ON TIME, Politics is worst, No senior's or Head's guidance to junior artist. Hardly anything to Learn from this company, innovation is far from the agenda of this company.
