Team leads are good most of the time Tech stack is cutting edge but still can't learn shit due to delivery pressure

Dislikes

Salary is pretty low balled, mostly talks rather than work. Weekend work has been continuously creeping over since 1 yr. Almost every project has stupid CLT who have overpromised things and devs pay price of it.
