This place certainly deserves no rating, and it should cease to exist. Nothing is good about this place; undoubtedly, the most inhuman and unreasonable agency run by a bunch of cunning founders.

Dislikes

This place has many issues: The bosses have no idea about language, and the design sense is primitive. The seniors have to be taught what creative communication is about. Nepotism, Favouritism, Groupism, and many other isms infest this place. A few CS know nothing about language, communication or idea; they are glorified peons with -ve IQs. It seems the livestock is far more sensible than the CS people. The excellent workforce has left; whatever is left is the worst, with zero integrity, questionable acumen and complacency. The entire "wunderkind" who work here know only to react, while sense and brains have already exited when it comes to work. The management and their kids are more interested in people's personal lives than professional ones. They expect the workforce to work 24x7, the place doesn't have comp-off, and the management frowns upon asking for a holiday. In totality, this place is the end of career growth and can never be an ideal place to work.
