Work life balance, people are good and helpful, you can do a lot of courses, steep learning curve, starting salary good

Poor management No projects Variable pay is bad India management team is super bad, there was one guy whose name starts with "P" he left and now everything sucks, there are two guys "A"s who sucks They have fired a lot of people recently alomost 6 folks, including one senior member just because of internal politics Lot of internal politics nowadays

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
