Only Work Life Balance. .. Low salary, good insurance policies and benefits, skill less work in the long run not useful in fact no use to jump into another company. Flexible leave approvals n work from home.

Salaries are not competitive, yearly lay offs and re structuring and too much cost cuttings Ppl working there since long time > 10 yrs still not promoted n working in same position, STOP closing offices. Treat your employees since they are the one who made what you are today

Medical facilities of company is good. Compensation is good with good overtime allowances.

Dislikes

There is lack of job security. The process in which I was working for ramped down in less than a years time and the company did not accommodated me in any other department. Work pressure is immense and the shift timing extends to 13-14 hours a day. Managers were not that supportive.

...an employee will never be at loss as long they're with the firm. Huge cafeteria. Fair appraisals,they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Micro management and only few players of the organisation maintaining it as whole and sole.

...has been through a lot of changes which makes employees wonder what is going on. Compensation is very bad, until you join with a good package do not expect money

No work life balance in certain departments. Appraisals are bad

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.
