- Favoritism based on Gender/Religion/Race - Low pay/appraisals for performing employees - Arrogant/Traditional management who isn't flexible to adapt to current-day global working environments - Work that I do doesn't give much leverage when you are trying to switch to other companies

Likes

Company policies, benefits, culture, and most importantly work life balance. This is the best organization to work for in terms of freedom and job satisfaction. Everything which matters in a corporate life to stay happily is there except salary.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and compensation is low than other companies. You will get hikes but not up to the mark.

...jects with interest. The company gives us job security as well as career growth. A good work environment makes us pleasure to work there and the final thing is salary, it makes us more comfortable to being with them.

High work pressure during the end of projects. And the appreciation goes to company not to the individuals.

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.
