Good work environment & culture. Company policy & facilities very good

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't adressy our issues. salary growth is very slow. There is no secure your job because they all are called resign your job on service period while is very disappointed.

Training part is good , since this company is top in this industry so very matured in this operations and management.

...very poor. It's ok as timepass job. Cannot be taken as primary source of income. Above all salary is very low.

Thomas Cook is a Brand but it's not possible without giving good salary to existing employees rather than providing to employees coming from another company Working hours How the process works is very complicated

As they are providing very low salary and working on ejb and Hibernate and in front end working on knockout which are very old technology so it's really important to know here that for your career growth we should choose a company with good technology and good salary,I'm here from last 2 month but they haven't provided me a single penny

Salary increment is very low and does not offer good package so anybody who want good package should not join this company Also technology is also very old. If you want to learn new technologies or want to work on new technologies then this is not the place for you.
