...job security they fire employee without any notice. Salaries are always delayed. You have ask like a beggar give the salary give the salary. Toxic work culture. No career growth. Employees are forced to work beyond their capacity. They focus on micromanagement.

Never ever join this company. There is no job security. They will terminate you without any verbal discussion, won’t allow you to even serve notice period and also they will say that u will get X amount as joining bonus which u will never get. No proper projects, you will work only on PoCs and also most of the time they will make you work on weekends too without extra payment. It’s a personal experience and I don’t want anyone like me experience the same. Take the decision at your own risk. Best of luck!!

It's a very good place to explore various domain. Good place to start with lot of learning oppertunity and there is a sense of ownership in tasks.

Management should hire people with atleast 10+ yrs of experience

Almost everything is good, HRs and team members are supportive and understanding. CEO is very friendly with all employees of the Company.

There should be proper KT - sessions for the new comers to understand the technologies being used in the Company and projects at at least 15-20 days before.

They will interview you for the first round then if you qualify they will keep another round of interview with the COO of the company which will never happen as she won't get any time. Then some random employee will come and waste your time by asking you to share your screen and write a program on python or c++
