The management is great and the pay is very good if you are performing well. If you like target based environment and you feel you are competitive enough then this is the best choices for you in terms of money. The stress on soft skills makes you really improve your email writing, communication and people management techniques. Its a very small and a close knit team. Functions much like a startup.

Although the target driven atmosphere can become really stressful and sometimes the work hours stretch beyond 9 hrs in the night and you might find yourself working even on weekends. The kind of work is pretty monotonous even though you get promoted. That means even after 3 promotions in the job you might be doing the exact same work.

...us. While it calls itself a research company, there is sadly no research done. The pay: Very good and if you hit target you make some more money. Work Culture and leave: The work culture is rigid and the boss and team leaders in the Mumbai office are quite apathetic to family emergencies, issues with fellow colleagues, etc. The official hours are 8.45am - 6pm but more often than not you end up working till 8pm and sometimes even 12am if there is an international client. You are given only 15 days of annual leave and festivals like Diwali, Christmas, Ghanesh Chaturthi, Holi, etc. are all included in these 15 days, so if you want to get a holiday on any of these days you have to apply for it. Further, if too many people have already applied for the same day then you are likely to be spending Diwali at work. You have to explain your reason for taking a long leave and if your reason is not satisfactory, be prepared to be denied leave. Sick leave is also cross questioned even after a medical bill (which is compulsory) is submitted. Career Growth: Promotions are based on how often you meet targets through call conversions. So for some, who can't handle the pressure and the monotonous calling, this can be quite suffocating and depressing. Conclusion: The work culture is terrible and the work itself is depressing. So if money is all you are looking for, then this is your place.

Strong Industry Exposure.

Dislikes

There is too much reliance and favouritism toward employees with less experience and qualifications. Departments need strong more qualified leadership. In Maps, Mumbai the manager team leader lacks experience but acts like he knows it all despite contributing little and being rarely seen in office. He also tends to interfere in other’s work without reason. It would be beneficial for Third Bridge to thoroughly review such employees as a sincere request for improvement.

Third Bridge is all about Hype, Especially when it comes to communication-They make it seem like core value, but in reality, there is zero Transparency. During the interview process the promise one thing, but once you join every thing changes - including the management itself! you end up responding/reporting to a completely different team. with expectations that were never discussed before. Then work culture is toxic with no work-life balance, Unrealistic expectations and inexperienced manager who don't know how to lead the team, If you are looking for a stable and supportive work environment, avoid this place.
