- they credit the salary on time - good increment (but depend on at what extend you can do buttering to your boss, work doesn't count much there) - bus is always available to pickup on daily basis

Dislikes

- No professional work culture, 2-3 person monopoly and corporate management doesn't care about it - No proper leave policy ( and biased policy for Jr. and Sr.) - Food & tea facility is provided by outside 'Ghumti-wala' - Lack of experienced subject matters expert in corporate team as well as at production site

Likes

Think Pharma company is very good. Everyone gives importance to their work first. The engineer head here is also very good, who pays full attention to our work. And work with any kind of discrimination.

Dislikes

The only thing that the company does not like is that the salary has not been increased since 4 years, that of the operators of Think Pharma. This is the biggest problem of management, no one pays attention to the worker. everything is great

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The seniors Discouraged the employees,.the working conditions is so poor and. The management not behave equally that why the culture is soo disgusting and wonna left it as soon as. No any facilities like food transportation, cafeteria, and they hardly gave leave with so many requests, at the time of joining they told one day releaving but actually not give in a single day.

Good thing for me is less. However Mumbai R&D is relative very good culture. Company MD is so good & respected person.

Dislikes

Some persons are not supporting. Just they can’t help you in any of situations. Different policy for different locations.
