Flexible to not work actually. I see many follows

Work more and you get more work and will not get the recognition you deserve. Company is having mostly zero knowledge on people who work and doesn't. It's getting generalised and only who have big mouth will be recognised as per the management. So better you show off don't work here. People work from home (company knows how much they contribute and the flexibility)and many doesn't work only. But they will get recognised the same as people who work from office and put true efforts. That's the worst part because they don't want to lose anyone and this attitude made many good employees left the company once they get to know this behaviour of the company.

I like one thing, My passion and hobbies became my job !, weekend leaves & happy to work at CV Raman house.

Dislikes

Need important issues to be addressed from mid level management, Our suggestions needed to be considered seriously which i found not considered.
