Dislikes

1. The amount of medical insurance covered in the package provided by the organisation is significantly less. 2. There can be a more attractive medical insurance policy package for parents. 3. Some relevant certified courses and trainings can be provided by the organisation to the employees for free.

Good infrastructure and design of the office. Work-life balance is good but it depends upon the projects.

As the job is completely remote there will be less engagement with colleagues unless you have daily calls.
