Great product, hard working product leads, supporting seniors ( UK people ), less work pressure

Dislikes

No learning, your manager is link between you and UK people so he twist the messages and play unprofessional by giving false promises, they don’t need talented people they only need people who can read the document and do as mentioned, after a year or two your growth stops. There heigher management is still not stable yet. The management always keeps on changing. UK office works on there own and Pune office has to follow ECS ( sister company ) policy. Even HR has no idea which person is leaving or asked to resign as they are only there for hire people thats it, everything else run by manager n management. Very poor management.

- Hire and Fire culture. - No personal life. - No professional development. - Zero technology growth. - No canteen. - Run time policy changes as per HR mood. - No system to handle overall corporate office. - Micro management hours to minutes. - you cannot swipe out once you are in, otherwise they will deduct the time from your office hours. You have to stay extra just because you are bachelor and have to go out for lunch. - most important, Fake promises of onsite.
