...As I was a TL too, as a leader my coworkers were very disciplined and organized. Salary was a minimum as a fresher against the work load ,work environment was enjoyable.

Dislikes

The long working hours , was not satisfied with the salary I used to get . Sometimes it was a long 10hours duty but , salary used to get deducted for a 5 minutes arrival . No extra money for extra working hours . Salary issues was a prominent thing ,used to get salaries middle of the month.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
