Very bad experience, this company is not having anything. They make us to work 12+ hours sometimes, it was fine for us because we were getting out salary on time but now they are not able to pay the salary so they laidoff of us without paying 3month's salary. This company have to pay due to 1 and half lakh to me, similarly my other colleague are also struggling. We were good performers, we were working in HR department, gave out 200% for this company but no respect back. No positive review to share.

Dislikes

No pay past 3month and did laidoff, hiring for sales only to fire in 3months, no work life balance, workload, no appraisal after 1,2,3 year. Promotion without hike, micromanagement, Target oriented work culture

Salary is good, working with a knowledgeable manager can give you a proper idea and growth.

Higher management didn't give any respect for the lower leave employees. No work life balance No incentives Higher and fire module

Big brand and also provide all the benifits to their employees but so much politics run secretly by their senior employee like SM AGM and TL overall it's a big deal to work with BYJU's but due to Target phase promotion sometimes wrong employees sat on the big chairs

Dislikes

Very bad politics you all just can't imagine harrasment, bullying, frightening these are elements they use to make target fullfilled sometimes they use fake sales to achieve their targets and gets promotion

Work Ethics of the organization are not worthy, lack of planning & execution, work life balance is zero, no recognition of your work & no ethical appraisals (you will not get your appraisals)

Overall, one can learn many things from this company. Culture is also good. Employees have authority to do anything but they just want sales and revenue. They provide laptop too. Totally depends hows your manager is.

Dislikes

One can not balance personal and professional life because of huge burden. They will give multiple task at one time and want you to complete all the task at the one go. You will not be stick to your own duties. Infact , no one has fixed duties. KRA and KPI change almost on daily basis as per the demand of ZBH. Even females need to visit customer’s home to retain them. No job security even if you are giving 100%, you can never make them happy. Yes, it depends how your ZBH handles everything and how he deals with their employees, which is really bad but yes not all fingers are same. He/she should be from good background and should have knowledge.
