Overall, one can learn many things from this company. Culture is also good. Employees have authority to do anything but they just want sales and revenue. They provide laptop too. Totally depends hows your manager is.

One can not balance personal and professional life because of huge burden. They will give multiple task at one time and want you to complete all the task at the one go. You will not be stick to your own duties. Infact , no one has fixed duties. KRA and KPI change almost on daily basis as per the demand of ZBH. Even females need to visit customer’s home to retain them. No job security even if you are giving 100%, you can never make them happy. Very bad experience, this company is not having anything. They make us to work 12+ hours sometimes, it was fine for us because we were getting out salary on time but now they are not able to pay the salary so they laidoff of us without paying 3month's salary. This company have to pay due to 1 and half lakh to me, similarly my other colleague are also struggling.
