Big brand and also provide all the benifits to their employees but so much politics run secretly by their senior employee like SM AGM and TL overall it's a big deal to work with BYJU's but due to Target phase promotion sometimes wrong employees sat on the big chairs

Very bad politics you all just can't imagine harrasment, bullying, frightening these are elements they use to make target fullfilled sometimes they use fake sales to achieve their targets and gets promotion

To be honest no other EdTech organization is even near to byjus it is a class to work in this organization.Salary on time, employee benefits, every thing even if a person who leaves the organization during covid19 due to personal reasons they are paying one month notice period salary for them without work. No organization will do that even if u work in other organization your salary will be not credited on time. But things are totally different in byjus.
