No proper planning and execution. MD is the worst decision maker i have seen. He takes a decision and questions back who made this decision. Your job is always in danger. If you showcase your knowledge chances are you will be fired. No work from home even during storm. Pressure from multiple managers. very poor decision making skills from top management.

Everything else just deteriorates the work culture of the location. GA Head is the worse and this makes everyone miserable and looking for other job to switch as soon as possible due to toxic work environment. Everyone is involved in making employees work-life balance the worse in their working life.
