...htly liberal but that depends on your team and boss not for all your employees . On time salary.

Dislikes

No proper planning and execution. MD is the worst decision maker i have seen. He takes a decision and questions back who made this decision. Your job is always in danger. If you showcase your knowledge chances are you will be fired. No work from home even during storm. Pressure from multiple managers. very poor decision making skills from top management.

Everything else just deteriorates the work culture of the location. GA Head is the worse and this makes everyone miserable and looking for other job to switch as soon as possible due to toxic work environment. Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
