They get good talent but don't know how to retain them. Growth options are limited.

Being a startup environment, the working hours though flexible are long

Definitely the best place to start your career. The company offers a lot of learning and growth opportunities, and the entire management is very supportive.

A lot of responsibility and accountability is expected from each and every individual, which is good if you want to gain quick exposure and experience, but it comes at the cost of work-life balance.
