Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Some co-workers are good to work with.

Dislikes

Most unethical higher Managements. They have zero value for people and their lives. Undeserving interns are converted and good professionals are terminated. Founders are realllly unprofessional and have no sense of direction. 15 years of the brand and will still cry to pay people and freelancers an or creators two thousand rs. The whole team is run by interns only and it shows in the way their content is. Its better to be unemployed than work in this s*it hole of a company

Positive points about Things2doinMumbai? Lol.

Dislikes

Worst firm to ever work in. The seniors don’t do a single work and put everything on the juniors. Won’t even give an experience letter even if you’ll work there for a long time. If you want to waste your time, you can go there. Rahul and Vidhi are the worst people to ever work with. I hope it gets shut down as soon as possible.
