Peoples are very supportive and behavior of the colleagues are very good. ED is also good who want to see your growth in career. Always support as he can in your bad times.

Pay scales are not good. No retention policy for the best candidate.

Extremely strong relationship with every Technical Services team. I love Technical Services team. We work hard, party hard, go on trek and play cricket, Table Tennis. Lots of parties and events happen in the company. My some friend in Technical Services got promoted and I am very happy for them. If we show our capabilities then there is no limit of our growth in the company as it is a growing organisation.

some disconnect with other departments. This is not a problem but.

Worst work Culture, no work life balance. They always keep pushing you, doesn't matter how good you perform. Micro management is what they say that they don't do but it's the only thing they do.
