It has been just 1 month since my joining. In this 1 month, I have experienced an absolutely amazing work culture with a good work-life balance with good compensation. Speaking of Company facilities, our company is at the top. What I truly like about our organization is the way the type of people they recruit. At the end of the day, your company's reputation is directly related to the type of people who are working within it. Here, people are very inclusive of you. We celebrate each other. I can say that I have grown both personally and professionally.

Arranging permanent seat for the employees would be great.

while working with the organisation one thing I want to convey once you leave the organisation every equation changes and you become that toxic employee of the organisation. But apart from all this if you want to start your career and learn they are best to support you and motivate you in every way.

Every organisation is having some bad and good sides. But we should accept the good and avoid the bad. This was my first job so it will always remain special to me.
