Well equipped infrastructure,software, scope to self exposure to explore international projects, pay structure ,on time salary, Very confined to a particular technology w.r.to the complete project, Extreme lobbying and colonization, Difference of handling of management in India and abroad, Extreme work pressure but no user friendly way out have been envisaged for working employees although handling with lot of modernized system , Top management must analyze and resolve the egoistic ,vindictive , lobbying,discourteous and harassing attitudes of middle management in order to increase the morale and productivity of working level engineers .

Poor work culture, no work life balance, no recognition for better engineering, bad lobbying,colonization and groupism, lack of user friendly database structure for ease of deliverables and no initiative for creation for the sake of working level engineers , Top management must analyze and intervene in a serious way to stop the bad lobbying , colonization, vindictive, discourteous and harassing tendencies of middle management of nodal office for the sake of the good of company and prevention of good engineers to leave the organization,no recreation / corporate social responsibilities, no apprenticeship found although it's a world renowned organization.

Dislikes

Compensation is not at par with industry and incentive is negligible. There is a clan like mentality among locals which a non local cannot identify with and will feel left out

Teammates were nice and helpful.But called team lead and boss were clueless.

Dislikes

Team lead Boss Work culture Ethics(??) Do not waste your time even getting interviewed by this company unless you want to do something instead of sitting idle at home.

Most unprofessional MNC managed by crooks in USA.. Never take up a job in Thermon. If you don't get job anywhere just take up begging rather than taking up job in Thermon.
