The work policy of organisation is really very good. However the growth is very slow. Especially the analytical division’s work culture is too bad

...hs but they extended the internship for one year without any raise in stipend. Don't treat freshers well at all in terms of pay.

TF should bit more focus to be like Enterprise, should make the perks and benefits for the employee, appraisal should be more transparent, work life balance should be there for the employees
