The work policy of organisation is really very good. However the growth is very slow. Especially the analytical division’s work culture is too bad

Slow growth and less compensation. There is no proper work hierarchy. Just to save cost, people irrespective of division given leadership responsibilities.

...hs but they extended the internship for one year without any raise in stipend. Don't treat freshers well at all in terms of pay.

Didn't find any pros about the company except the salary date on every month i.e. 25th of every month.

TF should bit more focus to be like Enterprise, should make the perks and benefits for the employee, appraisal should be more transparent, work life balance should be there for the employees
