Working Culture is very good . You will get freedom of work . If your are a self started then there is ocean of opportunities.

Salary & other compensations are not much good as compared to other industry .although your a extra-ordinary performance you will get standard increment which is so demoralizing. Only Salary & politics is a bad side of thermax.
