i feel that bonding in salary and not giving promotion of HSE offices and bonding in salary. Not giving overtime for extended working hours. Daily working hours average above 10 house without OT.

Overall management relationship with each team members, time to time developing knowledge and using new automatic technologies, Training's, experience sharing, policies are far better, mainly working on efficiency and environment balance is awesome thought from M/s Thermax.
